Since the start of 2018 we have been experiencing fierce market competition. After analyzing the market as a whole and the direction the industry is currently heading, we have decided that it would be in our best interest to begin phasing out our company.
Remaining Active Services:
We are still able offer most our sales services at this time. This means if you have an existing order or wish to place a new one, we will stay in close contact with you via email to promptly update you on fulfillment or other questions or concerns you may have. All our rental services are no longer offered, as we are actively aiming to sell off ALL our rental / showroom demo inventory.
Customer Service Support:
Please note we have extremely limited staff, so we are no longer able to offer phone support and our Atlanta location is also permanently closed, except for appointment or order pickup until November 16th 2018. After that date, all orders will be fulfilled exclusively via shipment method. E-mailing sales@innocinema.com is the best way to communicate with us.
