I want to send Redlogfilm via HDSDI and view Redgamma4 (or 3) on the RED LCD. I have found under DISPLAY>LOOK>COLOR/GAMMA the Independent LUT check box and set the GRADED gamma to RG4 and the NEUTRAL as REDLOGFILM. Under MONITOR CONTROL for HDSDI I set it to neutral and for RED LCD I set it to GRADED. Everything displays as it should and as I want.

HOWEVER, the Histogram on the LCD says RLF inside of it. Why am I viewing redgamma 4 but looking at a redlogfilm histogram? I want to view the histogram for the gamma I am looking at! Is there a fix for this?

I think this is so you can be sure the RAW is exposed properly while monitoring a graded image. My cam does the same...

When in normal shooting mode (not selecting Independent Display LUT) the histogram shows exposure for the gamma you are viewing on the LCD. I don't understand why it would change to redlogfilm just because I'm sending RLF out HDSDI. As a feature request, it would be nice to be able to select which gamma will be represented by the histogram.

Maybe it has something to do with the monitor priority settings?
