  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

so I need a very very discrete way to communicate back and forth with 2 other camera operators during wedding ceremonies. I want to stay away from headsets and would prefer to stay away from cheap motorola 2 way radios. I do use wireless microphones so rf interference is an issue. Any recommendations?

The obvious solution is a set of real walkies with surveillance earpieces and mics. Like on every film set. Is there a reason that doesn't work?

three way calling in iphones with an unlimited minutes plan? :)

Im a little concerened with interference with wireless mics the churchs may have, many have old vhfs, never been on a movie set, can you provide an example of what you would consider safe to use? Also the earpieces? Thanks I do appreciate it, want to get this wrapped up this week
 
One note, I didn't link the exact match earpiece for that radio, it's just that type. You would just want to google ht750 surveillance earpiece and mic and it should pop up.

cool, I wonder if there are a more compact version, thing might look a bit huge on my 95 lb wife! We dress in custom suits and clothing for these weddings as they are on the higher end side
