In-Camera Tools (Edge Focus, False Color) accessible via SmallHD Camera Control?

Hi guys,

so I updated my SmallHD Cine 7 to PageOS 5 and got these new quick buttons on the right hand side, for anyone who doesn't know them here's a picture from SmallHD's site:

Those buttons can be configured to do all kinds of functions, the only thing I can't seem to find is -- is it possible in any way to map these buttons to the in-camera tools such as Edge Focus and Exposure/False Color? I do like the SmallHD Focus Assist and Exposure, but since I like to display my Komodo's advanced overlay, the Cine 7 thinks the overlay is part of the shot and it's kinda ugly.

I'm writing to SmallHD Support as well, but I wanted to check with you guys too since you are a very knowledgeable bunch. Maybe this particular question has even been answered before? If so, just point me in the right direction.

Hey Julien,

I had this IBC a back and forth between red and Creative solutions about this and the Histogram. On raptor with the SmallHD/RED monitor they have an amazing Histogram that pops out when you click on it. It's not on Komodo.

Same with in camera functions. It's probably not going to happen. But please send a mail about it.

Right, I was also a little bit disappointed to see the traffic lights in the top right corner but no histogram. That's why I'm sticking with the full advanced overlay on Komodo.

So SmallHD replied to my e-mail and they said this feature wasn't available right now but they will forward my request to the development team to maybe include it in future updates -- so here's hoping, I guess?

I don't know if Jarred still roams these forums but what I've been told at IBC is that even the stop lights are probably going to dissapear on the Komodo control.
I think it's a shame. I really would love to have the histogram for when I need to send out a clean image trought the SmallHD.
