We would like to ask you if it's possible to "forgive" a several IMS users who installed IMS on their RED

because of a famous "communication error outside the Customer's hands" and also

"allow" them to participate in program of "upgrade path to EPIC-X"

somehow the same like you did before with Birger users?

NOW I found out that IMS users are pretty quite and even hiding a bit now.

But no time to waste.

Just to remind Jarred because of that the holidays are reaching soon...

Also I said again that I feel guilty because I took a part of the camera and did something to void the warranty.

And my question now is:

What about a sort of "AMNESTY" for IMS users concerning to update of audio board, CF card module and getting in line for Epic-X exchange/trade in program?

I don`t think that will happen and I will tell you why.
Have you ever heard the expression "Anything you say can & will be held against you" ?

If they make such a concession across the board it just opens the door for endless head aches and distractions, why? Have you heard the expression "Give them an inch and they will take a yard"?

So I would say instead of trying to rally any forces to "Persuade" Red one way or the other you just sit tight and shoot as much as you can and when the time is right you talk one on one to them with the aditional cash in hand ready to upgrade and then your case will be up for consideration.

For now maybe its best to let them have some time to focus on the bigger picture, I am sure that will go a long way in your favor rather than "Persisting" and pressing for an answer !!!NOW!!!

I'll do it and hopefully they would be friendly just to because I was "friendly" to pay in time, wait a bit longer

with reservation holder "ticket no:694" even not knowing anything about a final product final release quality...

imho, the match is RED versus P/S, not RED against Sanjin or Elcurado.

It's crystal clear, the installation of an IMS void the RED warranty.
And, today, is incontrovertible that you also loose the "Upgrade path".

But I'm sure that someone at RED have the instruments and the patience to double check the timeframe...

In the end, we just have to wait.
