Impossible to stop recording

One of our customer have the same problem on 2 Red one camera

Two times, on 2 different cameras with 2 different Red drives, it was impossible to stop record!
The status was fixed on "post" and impossible to do anything.
They must unplungged the power to stop :skep:
But nothing on the media the clip was lost .....
They used the build 20.1.6 to correct the Sata Fault so any issue :eek6:

I will do it immediatly but I ask if somebody had the same problem before us and know the issue.

Were the takes lengthy? I've noticed it takes a while to stop record when doing long takes as in interview situations.

Not really long takes, around 1 minute.

Did you have both record buttons enabled? Did you try both? Were you using a third-party device?

What length cable where you using?

I have had this problem and it was a drive cable problems.

RedUndead should get most of the shot back, if indeed there's nothing visible on the drive.

I had the same problem. Do the error log and send to Red for evaluation.
