Importing all proxy's from drive at once?

Sorry if this has been covered. I'm sure it has but I can't seem to find anything.. kindly redirect me to the thread if it exists.

I've got a drive full off maybe a hundred clips. If I want to import all the medium pointer files into a final cut bin is there a way to do them all at once (as opposed to doing every single one individually)... takes a long time that way.

You can use Clipfinder, import all the clips there, then chose the Proxy resolution you want in your FCP project, mark all clips and drag them into FCP.

Right Martin: open Yours FCP, sign FILE than IMPORTS than FILES.
In opened Finder choose file with Raw Footages, then in SPOOTLIGHTS write: _m
Finder will autamaticaly find Raw Proxy in M size. Sign all wanted r3d (left mouse and shift) and drag to FCP . Simple
