So I've run into a problem importing footage into Premiere. I recorded some footage at 12:1, and that is importing fine, but then I have a bit of footage at 14:1 that is unrecognized by Premiere. I can open said footage in RedCine and the Red Player. Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed to get this footage to work?

In Redcine-x export the whole clip as a trimmed r3d and try importing it into Premiere. It may be a sign that some portion of the file was damaged. Redcine-x may also throw some frame read errors if that was the case.

That somehow did the trick. Thanks for the suggestion.
