Hey all, I've been shopping around for a Scarlet brain for a while and found a decent deal on one out of Australia here on the forums. However, I am trying to figure out what I would be paying in import duties if bringing it back to the US. It seems to me it could be eligible for this (no duty), though I may be wrong:
