Can someone please explain me how can I put some images on a post?

Do I have to put them outside the forum and them insert the link?

Not necessarily, when you are composing a post, go to advanced mode, and attach your image to the post in several formats like jpg, etc.

EDIT; The attachment icon is located at center top of the composer in advanced mode. (paper clip icon).

If your photos are hosted online, you can have them appear by wrapping the url of the photo in

tags.
