Image upload help ... Thanks!

Okay ...

I have tried this here and for some reasons don't work, so hopefully some one can get me to do this right.

All I like to be able to do is to post an image full size directly linked from my web site or from my Smugmug account, but not so that the viewer has to be taken out of this forum and in to the linked image, liker in this one

but instead for the image to appear here as part of the post in the size chosen, such as many of you here do, do I have to add something to it? Not so familiar with HTML.

In the window where you type the message there is one icon that looks like a mountain with a stamp. Click that one and insert the html address.

Unbeliavably simple and yet my BONEHEAD didn't figure that out

Wanted to post this funny plant which my Canadian Lady friend tough had very much resemblances to the "MAN" possession.
