Image Stabilization on a boat

What some techniques you guys use to stabilize when shooting from the water? Obviously the longer the lens the more of the wobble.

Just trying to sort out an uber stabilizer.

Years ago I saw this stabilizer at NAB or CineGear that did just that. No matter what the boat does the head stays level.

Unfortunately I don't know the company name.
