Hey Redusers,
So my roommate just moved out today, and I'm in need of a new roommate. So if anyone here is looking for a new place to live or knows some one moving to Los Angeles, CA and in need of an apartment.
Here are a little bit of the details about my apartment:
Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The bigger of the two rooms is what is open for rent and comes with a parking space in a secure garage. It has a community laundry room, and pool.
Rent is $950 per-month
Deposit is $950
Utilities are roughly $50-$70
Internet is $20 per-person per-month
Its located at Franklin and Orchid ave and its close to a lot of things like, Panavison, RED Hollywood, Quixote Hollywood, and a bunch of big and small studios.
Trader Joe's: 1 mile away
Ralphs: 0.8 miles away
Target : 1.2 miles away
In & Out Burger: 0.5 miles away
Subway ( Not the sandwich place): 0.1 Miles away
