  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I'm guessing this is a mistake...

It says it will work with the Scarlet. I'm guessing this was left over from when Epic-S was originally Scarlet S-35.

Either way, I just thought it was interesting.

Scarlet refers to two cameras. The "FIXED" and "REMOVABLE". There will be an option to mount PL glass on the "REMOVABLE" Scarlet. For example, http://redgrabs.com/izzy/ was shot on the Scarlet with a 100mm RED Pro Prime.

oh shit you're right, i forgot about that! Effing amazing, totally forgot. Still looking at Epic-S, but that is an amazing deal. No harm in scooping one of those up as well. haha.

Just remember...you'll probably have a hard time finding PL mount lenses to cover the widest ends of your spectrum on the 2/3" sensor.

yeah my main concern is Epic-S anyways, i'll wait and see what is said about everything else before i buy. Well, unless its an Epic-X or M. And i guess i may go for one of those, who knows.

Many awesome decisions to be made.
