If you have a Jetpack expander...

I bought a Jetpack expander off eBay and the hdmi port did not work. I couldn't find another in my area to test to see if it was a camera issue or the Jetpack expander, but a rental house allowed me to use their base expander and the sdi and hdmi port both worked with that. So I'm a bit confused. I just received a message from someone stating that their hdmi port on their Jetpack expander also doesn't work. So my question is if anyone has a scarlet-w and a Jetpack expander, are you having any issues getting an hdmi signal?

I have Jetpack expander from first day (June 2016.) and it works perfectly.

Did you maybe attached monitor or evf on the secondary lcd/evf port? If this port is used for lcd or evf than you can't use hdmi.
I don't know is this hardware or software limitation but it's very strange.

Famy Pogo was attached to top port not side. Couldn't find a Jetpack expander. Rental house let me use their base expander to test and the hdmi and sdi port worked perfectly fine. Friday before last I was asked by tech to send in camera. Was told process would take 3a5 biz days. Shipped out same day. They received demo day. On Thursday I was told they just got started looking at the camera on its first process. So 3-5 days really was way off. Don't know how long I'll be without my camera but hopefully the issue is fixed soon and I get my gear back. Just been having nothing but bad luck since purchasing smh. Clearly not all reds fault. But I didn't think the tech service would've this long when I was told 3-5 days. But what can you do....
