  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

If you go to NAB, please answer try this out

I have tried the GMP batteries on the V-Lock expander. They don't quite fit (width-wise), but you can squeeze them kinda in, and get power on. I would not buy them for the V-lock expander in the long run.

Maybe you could file some of the plastic off the right side of the batts and get them to fit better, but I if you haven't ordered them yet, I suggest you order some other brand.

Or for the belt clip. Do they work well? The time remaining is displayed?

My first guess would be to see if GMP has a tent at NAB? If not, I guess you would have to see if you can spot one on the floor amongst all the gear-heads walking around. (not ideal I know) They all look pretty similar. GMP batteries have the same HxW but the depth is different depending on the wh. They mostly look like this

Not what I meant by "do the research and tell me where". Sounds like Thomas has the answer though. Maybe GMP will start selling filing tools too... At half the price of brand name filing tools of course.

I tried it with GMPs, which I bought couple of years ago (3 years ago or so). I don't know if they change the width of things like this regurlaly, but I wouldn't think so.
