Ok, my RED Rocket card is finally installed. I gotta tell you if you're on the fence leaning toward getting one, do what you have to do to make it so. I'm totally floored by what it's doing now.

What would have taken hours is now minutes. The pain is gone....

Do it now, don't wait like I did, sell something on Ebay or whatever you have to do, just get the Rocket card, your life with your RED One will change forever. I'm playing back at full res and the exports are done if I go get a drink of water and come back. Simply amazing...

Picking myself up off the floor now....

Totally happy and very impressed....just had to write this....

Very glad that I did, and want to make sure anyone without a Rocket tries to get one...

If they own a RED One you can't be without it. Don't know why it took me so long...

Using it inside my Mac Pro tower, 8 core, Intel Xeon Nahalem, 16 GB ram....
Screaming trancodes for me to Pro Res...Love it.

You can put the rocket in a external box and use it with Macbook Pro on the road also. Several options out there, I may put my rocket in a enclosure later on for use in the field.
