These are the best quick release plates available IMO. We used these on all of our Epics...selling as we are upgrading to Weapons and no longer need them.

The APU-IDX battery plate is a lightweight, compact, and easy to install battery mount for the Red Epic-X, Epic-M, and Scarlet-X cameras. Simply hand tighten the four provided shoulder screws onto the rear of your camera then slide on the plate and plug it in.... its that simple! Quick release on and off.
FEATURES INCLUDE:
-Genuine IDX V-Mount.
-Mounts via the 4 screw locations on back of camera safely securing it to the camera body.
-Made in U.S.A.
-Light weight at only 12oz.
-User upgradable power cable.
