Ideal Lemo Length for Gimbal?

About to order the Pogo to Lemo cable from WC, and wanted to ask if anyone has a Ronin or other gimbal that could advise what cable length works best?

I use a shoulder rig with the 18" lemo right now, but would like to be prepped for any shoots that require a gimbal!

probably 24"

36" it's overkill and 18" *could* be too short...

24 is long enough but you need to get one that doesn't have any resistance in the cable. The WC or RED cables are very thick and push against what the gimbal is trying to do.
