I finally got my grubby paws on some Aventinus doppelbock. *guzzles* "Ahhh!"

Lol.

I'm still jealous of your keyboard. I won't feel like a real video pimp until I get one. :)

This one for Premiere Pro looks pretty nice.

So is that little scrolling wheel device helpful?

BTW, you gotta love how quickly an off topic post about beer switches to tech gadget geekery. :)

Tom,

I like that keyboard...thanks for posting...where can i find it?

Are you using Premiere Pro with your r3d files? I'd like to check out that work-flow!

Beer and keyboards... I like it!

Tom, how is that Aventinus doppelbock? Tell us how it tastes? Where did you finally find it?

Well I found it at the local BevMo..... It tastes GREAT! Too great... after like 3 of these I'm already getting trashed! hahaha....

Sanjin,
Is that a NuVJ I see over there?

Cool. I enjoy my IDJ2.

Paulee,

yes it is NuVJ.

It's great and simple to use.

IDJ2 is my next buy to complete the set of DJVJ performance option.

Sanjin,
IDJ2 is very cool. Totally stand-alone. I don't even use with iPod, just some cheap memory sticks. Very good tactile experience. I never did vinyl as I never had a collection, so now I'm just starting with my zillions of digital files. Only in the privacy of my own home at this point!

I feel like I spent all last year waiting for RED and IDJ2, long hours on both forums looking for clues to release, etc. Boy am I glad 2007 is over and these toys/tools have found their way home!

(sips on Tanqueray)

I have a couple of nuVJ's I used for as videomixers for a theatre-show last year.

really cool, 'cept for som bugs when you want to play audio and video.

There are workarounds, though...

Invent a beer spill protected keyboard and you're in the money. :)

It's called the Dell "Complete Care" warranty, and I have had several laptop keyboards and motherboards replaced after hefty drenchings of beer or coffee. :)
