Some say seeing is believing. If you can imagine it, you can take your mind to places beyond the physical world.
Icarus is a lighthearted poetic piece about an astronaut who finds himself stranded on a strange planet, and how he has to go beyond what he sees to escape.
Icarus started with a notion. I wanted to make a film about how kids play. A film where I explore the endless flow of creativity inside a child’s mind. Pablo Picasso’s quote “Everything you can imagine is real” quickly became our motto for the project. My hopes is that Icarus will attract a broad audience whom not only will enjoy the film - but also relate to their own childhood.
