IATA 2012 Lithium Battery Regulatory Update

Am I wrong, or does it mean that in January 2013 we will can take only 2 batteries, more than 2,7 wH and not exceeding 100 wH ?
only 2, in cabin, and no more attached in equipment... so 200 wH maximum per passenger ???!

And the IATA is the basis for US an EU flight company regulation ?

The way I read it - these regs are about cargo shipments of batteries, not personal carry on luggage. So I think it would apply to mail / fed-ex, etc??

Yes, you're surely right..... I read to fast !!
Anyway, I hope they will not extend thoses rules to flight companies.
