  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Ian - I know what Crimson could do :)

I still have to test the Color thingy. Hope to get round to do that today (or tomorrow), BUT if it is good enough (I see some possible catches in the scale/reframe department) and stable.... It could be good to get "anything into Color".

It seems like color will have it's own conform function. So will Adobe. Crimson will do these things but is that really a value proposition if Apple and Adobe are already doing it?

Ian

Yes.

As long as you put a few specific tools in there that nobody, including Adobe or Apple will do anytime soon. You helped with CONFORM before the others. Now it's time for you to help with .... OTHER THINGS.

They are simple and basic, and I intended to build such a tool a long time ago - but my resources were focused on other things.

Whenever our schedules can sync Ian, I'll buy you lunch and tell EXACTLY what you should do with Crimson to make it 100% necessary for every Red Owner to have in their tool belt.

Because ... I use Scratch, Adobe, Apple and every single tool RED makes every single day. And there is still the same list of "simple", but important stuff I needed a year ago - not to get the job done - we've been getting the job done since day one - to get the job done FASTER and EASIER.

Let's do lunch.
