  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I want to tell you...

In my case it’s more of a brain fart..

On the lines the REDINCI CODE…(Full thanks to LIAM (Worthington)..for that brilliant turn of phrase)

The word NOVEMBER may have a nice Apple like clue in it.

Obviously Jim’s normal style would have been to write 11311 large as life as that is very Epic film like visual advertising/marketing.

NOVEMBER is not.

Now you can really laugh at my insane foolishness…Like Job’s says “stay foolish..”

If you parse November you get NOV and EMBER…

So all things being RED, like Scarlet, NOV, from latin –new, EMBER program.

I.e. as a result of Scarlet there are all these new opportunities and many thousands of people essentially joining up with RED.

Therefore they need a new program to foster this type of new influx of folks wanting to start something new, so maybe they have to start a new program for new people starting out…

Codename EMBER? (perhaps for Scarlet).. RED-EMBER. REMEMBER, NOVEMBER.. new RED MEMBERS TO THE EMBER PROGRAM..i.e. an EMBER is the start of a blazing fire right?

It’s mad what you can “project” into stuff…

I think I just threw a whole bunch of new gasoline on the speculation fire…

So maybe there are four cameras total in the Scarlet “bracket” so..

Little run and gun, “EMBER”, Scarlet 3k, Scarlet/REDONE 4K (bigger bucks????) and a Scarlety EPIC-S type thingy???

(ahh cute little EMBER...but awsome too!)

Jim keeps saying REMEMBER, and [“customers being on the inside”] so that there is some sort of MEMBERSHIP program RED_MEMBER…(although that may have other visuals associated with that?).

My “spidey” senses tell me that this feels like this is spiraling around close in on BUT not a direct score/hit. Oh well wait and see.

So does that mean you can write some sort of APPs for the Scarlet on UP,?

OR live preview of DSMC with emphasis on short sequences and full res decode of a few 4k frames or some such???

i.e. you can GRAB from the camera without disrupting things too much???

BUT Jim has such a level of showmanship I would NOT be surprised if there is already something embedded in the software or firmware already handed out.

For some reason I always picture Jim Jannard wearing a red tail coat like MC at a circus, the absolute ring master…

Just like what Nick Mercer is saying, that maybe on your i-pad, you literally SAVE THE DATE AND COLOR IT SCARLET, the software picks this up and un-locks something… so you type in 11311 and literally color it red or scarlet…The idea is that somehow you already have it..here’s the key to unlock it.

I have not been to any Apple events is that also an “Appley” thing to do?

I get this sense that they have really gone to town on this one…

Maybe at the party, they have a camera a Scarlet rigged up, they use Wifi and everybody gets a pretty live preview from the camera… amongst other things, so people will be getting some sort of live feed to their i-pad but using Wifi…

This is just gnawing away at those spare little grey cells at the back of my head…

More REDINCI CODE: Jim says REMEMBER…(November), parse REMEMBER to RE:MEMBER, i.e. regarding members… so maybe something amazing for folks that already bought in, or RED-EMBER new MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. Like AMEX special rewards etc.

OR MAYBE, on REDUSER ON NOV 3rd, if you log in, I don’t know attempt to do a post you literally type in the date and you literally color it scarlet and the application picks that up. I.e. something already Java enabled that is embedded. Maybe a BIG FAT COOKIE that you didn’t know about already on your system…

THEN you get all of the information you need or something like that…

Where everyone goes ohhhhh..!

They’ll add a new color box to the pull down menu that isn’t RED or Dark red it will be a new red in the font color box called “scarlet”, type in the date and color it scarlet. Then you will know all…

So it could already be that REDUSERS already have the file “key” on their computer that will only unlock on the date. hmmmm... Dang I don't have an i-pad...

(maybe it works right now..."good heavens man get a grip!!!"..slap slap... people/redusers right now changing the system date on their i-pads to NOV 3rd to see what will happen?).

I just detest unsolved puzzles/ problems…have to solve them..Arg! I guess that’s why I design advanced (new) algorithms…(Moth to the flame..pathological…DAMN YOU RED!!!!)

Lets see, 2 bit base, 00=0 (how did the ancients ever get along without zeros, maybe that is why they did not have binary) least significant bit last.

I think I’ve got it or am very close or I am crazy and this is an amazing “coincidink”!

Jim says “REMEMBER NOVEMBER 3rd”

This decodes to : LOOK NEW RED MEMBER IS EMBER

REMEMBER goes to: RE:MEMBER i.e. Regarding, Jim is Canadian (how much French he speaks I don’t know) Regard, regarde (French for look).

November is parsed into NOV and EMBER.

NOV- Latin root for NEW (like Nova)

3rd gets switched around to RED i.e. R3D or RED (can’t flip a 3).

So you put it all together and you get,

‘LOOK NEW RED MEMBER (IS) EMBER”

Which is cute as embers are red and you can start a huge fire with an ember. So I imagine EMBER maybe a new camera that is small and cute and very 2/3rds. (A lotof people would love that..!)

JIM said in his clues that there are three others so that means there has to be a new “member” to the red family i.e. (little EMBER). It's like they have a new baby!

Definitely a case of RED balls…

All I can say we have finally got approval to pull the trigger on RED systems, I can’t tell you haow MANY years I have been trying to swing things to actually make that happen. Years ago at a stereo cinematic round table discussion (that I was part of) EVERYBODY there (before REDONE) was available including myself were desperately fixing to do cinematic S-3d with the RED-ONE. Independantly we all figured that out. We (our unit) instead had to work on systems that were very high res but essentially non-dynamic systems. However in the mean time we wrote the software for most of the dynamics we need…AND FINNALY we have the go ahead to pull the trigger (assuming the specs are vaguely there). It’s been a LONG freaking wait. I’m glad though that we did wait for the right “instruments”.

I am SO EXITED I JUST CAN”T STAND IT and all of or partners, associates and backers are super on the bus/RED BUS/CRAZY TRAIN.

We are all going mad too!!!

I'm sorry, I know it sucks...

I should really be more sensitive...

My health insurance company turned me down when they found out I had MSB…

So I have to be VERY careful these days… (not operate heavy machinery or scary algortihms...)
