[HELP WANTED] I need entry level media managers/techs/DITs that can work for me or sub for me in NY

[Brian Merlen]

Basically I am an Epic owner that mostly works as a tech, DIT, or editor. However, I would like to network with people who are reliable that I can use as subs on media managing/DIT work. Or if I get an op job thats big I might need you myself since I will be busy and not necessarily have the time to do data and operate. So the catch is I am not union myself (but hope to be one day) and am looking for entry level people in the sense that I don't typically work on giant budget kinds of jobs myself and its not like I can get you higher rates then they typically pay out. In conclusion please send me your day rates and contact information and I would be happy to talk to you and if possible use you if your available when I am double booked, or overwhelmed and need backup. I primarily work in the NYC/CT area personally, but am willing to travel when needed, which is part of the reason I need a lot of potential back up guys if I am across country but want to maintain my current local clients needs. Thanks!
