Don't know if you're looking for notes on the trailer, but since there's a poll, I guess you're wanting feedback. So, real quick... on first viewing, there were a lot of faces flashed at me and I missed who the "brick of a boyfriend" was. Second time through, I saw the girl's blurred face and understood who he was talking to, but at first I wasn't sure who he was (especially with a shot of the old man before a blurred shot of the girlfriend.)

Second, I love the shot of him spinning in the club, but I had no idea what "It's too far away" meant.

Third, the pizza bit took me out a little. Just seemed random, but it came back strong when it flung us back into the love story.

And finally, it took me several listens to catch the "insurance" line. That could just be my crappy imac speakers...not sure if it even matters, since it's more about the intensity of it.

In all, this really looks great! Looks like you've got quite a find with your star. If the trailer is anything to go by, he's got amazing presence. Reminds me of a young River Phoenix.

Can't wait to see the whole thing!

Chris, appreciate the great feedback. I agree with all your comments. People have been saying that about the lead. None of these kids in the movie are actors. We pulled them straight out of high school (literally). Great learning experience. Thanks for taking the time to break down your thoughts in a constructive (without opinion) matter.
