Best settings would be use enough light! Remember you are rated at 320.. Can't change that. If there's no real movement, slow down your shutter a little.

fast lenses, T1.3 Super speeds, you could push it a little in post to 500asa but your adding noise as the sensor is rated at 320 (though most people call it 250). more light, the camera is weaker in tungsten as the sensors is Nativity 5000k. so the blue chanle is the weakest.
