HOW to Setup Premier Pro with RED ROCKET ?

Ok,
using Premier Pro on my desktop and love it. However, it is not utilizing my Rocket Card.

This is what i have done so far for downloads:

1. Download CS5.5
2. Download latest updates for CS5.5
3. Download latest (9/12 update for PP) update for Premier Pro to 5.5.1 at:
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=98&platform=Macintosh

4. Download RED EPIC Importer at: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/redepic_importer/
5. Downloaded LATEST ROCKET DRIVER: 1.4.16

All Epic footage plays fine along with R1 footage in PP as well as in RCX Pro beta 3...ALL works great... EXCEPT I cannot get any Rocket acceleration within PREMIER....

Questions or Posible places I screwed up:
1. SHOULD i also download RED ADOBE CS4 Installer from RED Support page ?
2. Is the LATEST ROCKET firmware 1.4.16 actually supported---on most the threads i hear folks talking about Rocket firmware 1.4.7

LASTLY: maybe i need to activate the Rocket Card ? I've gone to project settings; and other places to see if there is a drop down box to activate the Rocket Card, but i don't find anything.....I'd expect i to be in Project Settings under General and then under Video Rendering and Playback....but that area is grayed out and will NOT let me change it...it's set to default Mercury Playback Engine Software......

Just sent John this:

Don't install the CS4 installer stuff! That is very old. You have everything you need. go to the project window. Right click on an r3d file and select source settings. In that dialog is enable rocket. Bottom right. Do that.

Only one app can use the rocket at a time. So quit Red Cine X first then run ppro.

thanks guys...funny that i spent 8 hours today looking/posting and reading evrerything about PP and red...but NEVER found anything on how to initialize the RED ROCKET--way to simple...i did look in project settings where i thought for sure this would be with something like USE REDROCKET card...but seems odd to be in source settings...but glad i got it going now....THANKS.

Since i have your attention....Here's another one:

4k & 5k footage on SAME TIMELINE.... BUT, i'll end up outputting to 1080p 16:9.......My concern is the EPIC 5k 2:1 & 2.4:1 footage i have....is there any way or options within PP to ask it to CROP ? center crop or user settings to crop where i want??

HOW do you cut different ASPECT RATIO footage ONLY using Premier OR CAN YOU ?

Right click on a clip, scale to frame (I think that's it in english). I remember there is a way to do it on the fly when you import the clips, in the preference panel.
