How to render proxies in RCX

I can't figure out how to use RCX 351 to render QT Proxies. Can someone elaborate?

Just create a new Export Preset for Proxies batch export.

Choose 'QuickTime wrapper' from the menu where Thomas said. Select all things in your timeline and opt to export all selected in timeline. And then hit export.
