How to remove minor scratches from a 7" Red monitor

I picked up a second had 7" Red monitor and it had a couple minor scratches. I say minor as when i run the back of my finger nail across the display I am not getting snagged on any of the scratches.

Was hoping to get any recommendations (or cautionary tales) of products/methods used to remove or lessen scratches on the Red displays.
