Did a search but couldn't find the answer:

How can I record 36 frames per second with the Scarlet?
The list with frame rates has 24, 25, 30, 40 48 etc. but how to add 36?

In this particular case my project setting is 24, firmware 5. I want to record with 36 and playback at 24 to get the right amount of slow motion (150% of the original tempo).

regards,
Erwin

Set the project time base at 23.98, and it's only at 4KWS I believe.

If you hold your finger on the framerate on the Touch LCD, instead of tapping, you get a numerical entry box where you can enter any allowable framerate.

In 4k WS (remember, not in standard 4k!) i see the 36fps right in the list, no need to hold my finger on that box.

If you really can't get it to work you should try resetting and re-installing the firmware.
