and its sad that we dont have a second monitor port!
please, just a tiny module with one red monitor port and one more hdsdi and everything is cool.

You cannot format using the REDmote's local mode - you need to navigate the menus using remote mode.

Only one display can be the "control surface". That is, only one display can show the drop down spinner controls and dialogs. I'm assuming they are currently shown on the EVF? If so the REDmote (in remote mode) will be controlling the EVF display (not an external display).

Are there plans to eventually be able to format using the Redmote in local mode? That would be a very handy feature. Also, will we eventually be able to see the menu cursor over SDI? I'd also love to be able to use the Redmote in remote mode while looking at my TV Logic onboard.

AC`s dont want to stress the dp everytime formatting a ssd card when he is using an EVF.
or am i missing something?
