Hi,
I am at a complete loss.
I have just finished my first FCP project using some lovely RED footage for a festival targeted short film drama.
We shot in 2:1 ratio.
I can't for the life of me export this footage to make a DVD keeping the correct aspect ratio.

Can anyone guide me?
Any clever short cuts?

Many thanks in advance.

Hey
Set up 1080p sequence in FCP, and nest the 2:1 sequence inside it. Then export the 16:9 sequence, and you'll have a 16:9 file with the 2:1 sequence sitting in the center of it, letterboxed.
