How to enable 2 EPICs to record at the same time??

Hello~ everyone...I'm Eric
I'm new for using EPICs...
Recently we combine 2 Epics with ET Atom Rig to shoot 3D,
We have setup Ambient Timecode Device and make sure sync is fine...
(TC, GEN and SYNC has Green Light)

We use Redmote to enable both EPICs to record ,
and then we check 2 SSD cards.
Only one SSD card has file we just shot, the other has nothing

We presume that it might be only one EPIC to be enabled...
We try to check all cables and setting, but nothing happened... :scared:

Does anybody have the experience to fix this problem??

Use a Gig-e cable.....now you start one camera the other fires and also sync all the camera settings...

Yup, like Pedro said, use the GigE cable. refer to the Epic opps manual to set up the communication between the cameras...
