how to change canon c300 mxfs from 29.97 to 23.976 for Avid ingest

so mpeg stream clip got me through 95 percent of this project...BUT

it won't read the MXF files from C300 to convert the frame rate for me...

so my friend told me try clipwrap2, so i blew 50 bucks on that but its not reading them either... deadline is monday and all i gotta do is figure out how to change this frame rate and ingest the stuff...it would fast import too, but as the wrong frame rate...

any ideas? i have resolve lite, i was thinking about batching it all through that to prores at the right frame rate...thats one of the only ideas i have left, two step it through something that reads c300 mxf?

Are you trying to convert with slomo as a result? If so:

1: For QT files, open console and type in "IgnoreQTRate true" and then enter. It should default import to project rate and drop audio if audio exists.
2. v8.3 now out finally allows for user to set frame rate via source settings to match project rate with a frame for frame playback resulting in slomo
