My biggest fear in switching is to the dragon is how does it do well in post? I have a maxed out 12 core trash can and handles MX footage like a dream, full rez and renders out fast. Even on my maxed out mac book pro it handles mx 1/2 res and renders like a dream. How does the Dragon footage work in adobe premiere/after effects?

anyone?

No response in 30 minutes? clearly you're being ignored.

It works fine, but I typically edit at 1/2-1/4 anyways and do most of my grading off my FSI screens anyways.

from my experience outside of resolution. they are not majorly different.

sweet thanks gang :)

If you think of it it's the same amount of megabits in both cameras, same redmags same bit rate. So the only difference is processing / downsampling the larger 6k canvas to you mastering resolution. If thats done in GPU and your GPU can take it then well the difference is fairly slim.
