How long until Bomb Squad contacts you regarding order?

Hey,

I wanted to hold off posting as I can see a lot of new RED owners are asking questions left, right and centre, but it's been a few days since I placed my order and I was wondering how long does it usually take for the Bomb Squad (European) rep to contact you to finalise the order.

We will get to you very soon - RED has also updated it's order system in the past few days and we are having to double check the web orders as they come in, so there is a little extended processing time just now.
