  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

How long does it take to design a new lens?

Meh... I's a pretty nice lens, I've used it...
But the front telescopes when you zoom and the optics aren't as stable as they are in the 11-16mm.
It would take a lot of time and research to re-enforce the optical stability and it would also need a long front housing to "hide" the telescoping front group.
We've been going through a bunch of potential lenses to convert to PL, but everything has come up short.
We don't want to produce something that would be less than pro quality, even if it's cheap.
