Tell me please I see o lot of beautiful "folm look" footage?
But as I know this is not final picture from red I mean r3D and it is need lot of post collor.
So could tell me please How can achieve such "film look" picture please?

Thank you

Shoot with a 180 degree shutter (twice your framerate.)
1/48 for 24 fps, 1/50 for 25 fps etc.

Then do the above stuff.

Thank you!
So I need to shoot 1/48 for 24 fps, 1/50 for 25 fps (05 1/100 for 50 fps and 1/200 for 100 fps) and that is everything consedering "film look" that I can get directly from RED ONE and then I need to make color correction in Final Cut pro? Is it correct?
By this way I can get "film look" picture like this RED ONE REEl like real Hollywood movies?:

I shoot 180 degree or less. Videolook is somtimes associated with open shutter (360).
In post I usually do the 3-ball trick where you move one in some way, and you couter move the others in opposite direction. Most features use this old color "trick". The ide behind is you add a color (like skin color) and then you add the complimary colours until it looks cool.

No no,
if you don't want to buy magic bullet looks or something:
shoot 1/48th for 24frames per second or 1/50th for 25fps, in redcine x choose redcolor2 and redlogfilm and start pulling the curves until your happy; it should be something like an extreme s curve. I myself wouldn't add grain. Why I like magic bullet looks is that it really makes it look beautiful in a really easy way. I guess what if mostly adds is diffusion; I wouldn't replace that by blurring the image. Good luck!
best regards,
Hans

It may seem kind of obvious, but it hasn't been mentioned...

Light and frame and think the scenes with a consistent filmatic idea.

Colorcorrection, shallow dof and shutter are only complimentary tools to enhance the original filmatic idea you have developed with your framing and lighting.

And there is really no "one" way to accomplish this...

Good luck!

so simple it is to make the folmic look.
drag in magic bullet the old projector look onto your footage, you will see very much grain and film looks on the footages, enjoy the look and make awesome movie thanks.

no, but seriously, a bit of grain, proper lightning, dof can do a lot.
