I tend to agree with you Marc. We had BMPCC and BMC 2.5K, both had more noise than I'd like. Ursa mini 4.6K has the same, but less pronounced problems. Overall okay cameras.

Ursa 4.6k is great in post if you ettr and pull back, going the other way not so much.

The FS7 is a great camera but forget that it says it has raw. The raw output is terrible, essentially turning a 14 stop camera into a 7-stop one - due to the 12-bit linear distribution of information.
Leave it in Cine-EI mode recording to XVAC-I and you'll get the best out of it. Owned one for 2 years now, but even so, I still much prefer the images I got with Red MX.
