How do you disconnect the SDI cables from the rocket board

Hi everyone,

I have a rocket I'm trying to install in an logic m link r box

Trouble is i don't know how to disconnect the little gold screw things from the board so I can get it in

Do I even need them since I don't plan on using the sdi output

Would it be bad just to cut them?

Please do not cut them!!

They are easily removed by pulling up with some gentle force. And yes it is fine to not use them but why not have the option? The box is built for it.
