How do YOU build out your Dragon's for Feature/TV series?

I'm starting a TV series in two weeks, and I haven't used a RED in quite some time. Looking for PHOTOS and a list of accessories that really make the camera functional. Photos would be a huge plus. I've been in Alexa land for quite some time, and I'm curious as to what would be the best way to run a Preston, onboard monitors, wireless video, and so on and so forth.
