How do we export Red 4k hd video in FCP -X for Broadcast????

Can anyone here please tell me how exactly can we export Red 4k HD(25p) video from FCP X for Broadcast T.V- PAL.
Broadcast requirements- Apple ProRes HQ 4:2:2, Colour ITU-R BT 709, PAL 50i upper/top, 1920x1080 25fps, Display aspect ratio 16:9 1.777:1 /1.0 square pixels.
