How do I reset Premiere CC preferences and such?

[Thomas Koba]

I keep having weird issues with clips just showing up grayed out, and nothing in player windows.

How do I reset Premiere preferences?

Shouldn't this question asked at one of Adobe forums? Actually, you don't even need to ask, just do a search, there are a million answers to that question already posted on various Adobe themed forums...

I have searched, but I only find answer to CS6 and older versions.

PC or Mac?

Either way, I think you just hold down the shift key while clicking the program icon, IIRC

Sadly it didn't solve my problem.
