  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

We started seeing strange horizontal line in our footages. We upgraded the firmware to 6.3.102, but still see the line.
Please help.

Is it only on one mag or across multiple mags? Reinstall the latest release firmware, reformat via a "secure format," then re-blackshade doing a manual calibration at your current exposure. Make sure T/E text is green before black shading. Then record and see if that line still persists. If it does, file a support ticket.
 
an update : It was a sensor problem & RED replaced the camera itself !
