  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

There may be something of facebook. But this is the best place to be centralized with RED / Scarlet info and tech stuff. (too many crazies on myspace and facebook). - Not that I am saying any of us are sane here either.

I have just registered on the forum after reading it on and off for ageees :-), a RED was always way out of my reach (i shoot with a panny hmc-151)... but with the scarlet i can finally get involved, can't wait the the latest info tomorrow !!!
Planning a feature for july(ish) so here's hoping a can get hold of one by then

Yeah, for you it actually will be on the 31st.
Every body east of CET (until the date limit) will get the announcement on the 31st.
 
what if the announcement is "scarlet expected sometime summer 2010"?

hopefully all of the posters who are expecting the camera to drop tomorrow won't start threads moaning about how they just can't wait and will now have to give up and buy ______ camera. i'm excited too, but lets keep expectations reasonable.

If that's the case (of which there is a definite possibility) I really hope it's more like Scarlet will ship June XXth, and you can send payment May XX. As we get closer, it would just be nice to have those kind of specifics.

It will be nice to atleast have a date to looking forward to and to know wich scarlet coming out first. Hopefully they have alot!!!! of cameras when they decide to set it free.
