Today I was shooting liquids in an aquarium at 5K 96fps 1/192th with a 350W ARRI fresnel as the only light source (pointing down into the aquarium from the top)

There was some annoying flickering going on - any tips to eliminate flicker? Is it my current / outlet or is it normal with this type of light.

Yes: 100 or 150 watt (12 or 24 volt) Dedolight battery powered (DC). Works every time regardless of frame rate or shutter angle.

I find that lengthening the shutter speed by fractions of a second can help when you can't avoid the lights. I wanted to shoot a theatre show using LEDs last year at 1/50 and I found that moving to 1/42 reduced the flicker to a bearable level without changing the motion blur too much. So, try 1/191, 1/190 and so on, while watching the monitor and see if you can get by like that.
