Hi Gang,

So what are the choices for 13" to 17" high bright field monitors ?

Something bright enough to actually pull focus on in bright sunlight????

The Small HD is really nice but the $3900 pricetag is a bit tough to swallow.

Does anyone own the new Atomos 19" 1200nit monitor?

Suggestions?

Check out Osee, just received their 7" monitor and seems solid, check out their production monitors. If this one works out for me I'll probably grab one of those as well.

Osee doesn’t have any 1,000 nit monitors in the 13” to 17” range,
only a 21” high bright.

I have their 7” and it’s great.

i have 703 from small HD and their highbright is really bright. shooting on the snow on a sunny day and had no problem with pulling focus without sunhood. extra money helps alot!

sumo is 19inch if im not wrong

I have OSEE 7".

You could look at the ATOMOS SUMO.

I'm going to get the OSEE 21", it's bigger than I would normally go (I currently use a 15 and the size is great) but you're bringing a case out anyway, might as well see what your camera is doing even more :)

If you want to jump in, there's an OSEE group buy. Tremendous deal.
