  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

HELP WITH THE OLD VIEWFACTOR WIFI FOCUS SYSTEM

Hi guys

I've got a problem with an old view factor wifi focus system ....
I know that this is an unfinished product and it's been in the forum few years ago with lot's of complaining , but this actually never gave me any problem and I always used it without any issue, just recently it started to give me some problems with the connection.. I don't know why but it just don't want to connect anymore.
Now, i don't have the manual and I don't have a clue on how to reset the system , is there someone out there that know where I can download the manual or can give me some info on how to make it work ...
that would be very kind . I'll attach the photo so you know what i'm talking about

Heh. At least you have one. Several of us handed over a lot of money for one of those and never received anything in the end but a smaller bank account. Sorry, I know it’s not helpful, but not much VF love around here... I think they’re defunct now, so probably not around to answer questions.
 
That's what I thought ....

it's a pity cause with me worked amazingly good , strong motor , light and the connection is strong even through walls ..
that's why I never needed the manual it was a very good wifi motor . the down side is that with all that button in the controller I cannot even guess how to reset ....

anyway thanks a lot , I hope that someone else can help

You are lucky. The one I got never worked well with the connection. However, when wired it worked great. I still have it sitting in a box around here. I should get some longer cables made and use it like a microforce.

thank you for the reply .. so if you still have one do you have the manual by chance?

or can you explain me hoe to operate it .. like for example how to reset and reconnect ?

I never needed to do so , and now I understand why the person that gave it to me never showed up again ... to me was very strange cause i'm using it since 2010 with no issue...
