Not sure if this is the right category...
I just sold my Red Bomb EVF (LCOS) - to a forum member.
I've never had an issue with it - and had just tested it again at the RED store in Miami - on my new Epic W (using the adapter piece to convert it to Lemo).
When I shipped it (it went to Canada) - I double bubble wrapped it safely - and made sure it didn't move in the box - padding it completely.
The customer just wrote me and said the Viewfinder is having the follow issues - upon his receipt:
"I noticed heavy flicker in the view finder as well as the black around the actual screen turning a dark blue then back to black"
Has anyone ever heard of this? He's also on an Epic W.
I asked if he was using a 3rd party Lemo or something but haven't heard back.
Any help with a diagnoss would be appreciated!
